It’s the time of year when apples of assorted flavors and hues line bins and bushels in abundant supply…

So grab a handful of your favorite variety and layer with wholesome yogurt and crunchy granola for a healthful, yet pleasing parfait!

Cinnamon-Apple Parfaits

  • 2 med. to large apples
  • 1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 24oz. vanilla yogurt
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Granola

Dice apples and toss in lemon juice to prevent browning.

Spoon an even layer of apples into four small glasses, trifle bowls, or jars.

Cover apples with a thin layer of yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Top with your favorite crunchy granola.

Repeat the previous three steps.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

*Feel free to use light, fat-free, carb-control, or Greek yogurt.
