A childhood favorite from my grandmother’s kitchen…
Graham cracker sandwiches are updated with a drizzle of rich chocolate and stunning sprinkles, for a guaranteed tummy-tempting treat!
Chocolatey Graham Cracker Sandwiches
- Honey graham crackers
- Creamy peanut butter
- Marshmallow creme
- Chocolate almond bark or candy melts
- Nonpareils-sprinkles
- Quart-sized resealable freezer bag
- Wax paper
Break graham cracker rectangles in half. Spread peanut butter evenly onto one square. The second square receives a coating of marshmallow fluff. Combine the two squares into one scrumptious sandwich, then place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
Melt chocolate candy coating according to package directions. Transfer to a quart-sized freezer bag and seal tightly. Using kitchen shears, snip a tiny amount from one corner of plastic bag. In a zigzag motion, drizzle melted chocolate over graham cracker sandwiches.
Working quickly, sprinkle wet chocolate with nonpareils. Allow chocolate to harden completely before removing sandwiches from wax paper.
Serve alongside a tall glass of milk, and enjoy!
*For those who suffer from nut allergies, use fruit jam instead of peanut butter.

What a fun and yummy idea!
This looks SO good…what a great memory food!
I pinned these and can’t wait to try them! I chose them as a feature at this week’s Take a Look Tuesday party @ Sugar Bee Crafts.
I assume that since they’re called sandwiches, they’re completely ok for lunch?
Of course… I ate two, maybe three, for lunch a few days ago!
I grew up eating these! Minus the drizzled chocolate and sprinkles, of course! Maybe I should share these with my kids! Thanks for linking up with us for Tasty Tuesday!
Yum! This is such a great idea. Simple and just a few ingredients – the perfect recipe! I hope mine turn out as gorgeous as yours!
