Frothy swirls of lightly whipped, orange-infused cream, crown classic soda floats, for an ultra-indulgent summertime treat!
Orange Cream Floats
- Vanilla ice cream
- Orange soda (chilled)
- 1 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. pure orange extract
Combine heavy cream, sugar, and orange flavoring in a mixing bowl. Using electric mixer, whip until soft peaks form.
Place 2-3 large scoops of vanilla ice cream in a tall glass. Slowly pour your favorite orange soda over ice cream. Top with a generous dollop of freshly whipped cream.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
*Feel free to substitute diet soda and frozen vanilla yogurt, for a reduced-calorie float.
