Certain to warm both hands and souls, this ivory version of a cold-weather classic is dreamy, decadent, and destined to become a family favorite!
White Hot Chocolate
- 1c. milk
- 1 qt. half & half
- 1c. white chocolate chips
- 2tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3/4tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (optional)
Combine milk and half & half in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat until slightly warm.
Slowly whisk in sugar, vanilla, and chips. Stir constantly to ensure white chocolate is completely melted.
Continue stirring until smooth and creamy and the desired temperature is reached.
Pour into mugs and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
